Dr. Robert Bell established his practice in the historic town of Waterford in May of 1997 in a small storefront office just down the road from the current location. Since that time, the Animal Hospital of Waterford has grown to become a progressive, proactive, and modern veterinary hospital with four full time veterinarians on staff. Our small animal hospital consists of a welcoming reception area, six exam rooms, a surgery suite, and a fully-stocked treatment area. A designated imaging room with digital equipment allows us to take and evaluate radiographs within minutes. Also within the imaging room, an ultrasound allows us to further evaluate soft tissue structures. Full, in-house Idexx laboratory equipment allows us to run blood and urine samples in-clinic and enables prompt treatment of critical cases. We provide full anesthetic services with complete biometric monitoring for all surgical procedures. All after-hours emergency needs for our small animal clients is provided by the NWPA Pet Emergency Center in Erie, PA.

For our large animal clients, we utilize two fully-stocked, mobile veterinary units. These units allow us to provide routine and emergency services to our clients throughout most of Erie County as well as parts of Crawford and Warren Counties in PA. We also cover part of Chautauqua County, NY. After-hours emergency services are provided to our established large animal clients via our paging network.
